ROCK CITY RECOGNIZED FOR SAFETY ACHIEVEMENT |

Rock City Construction Co., Inc. was recently recognized for safety excellence as a winner of the 4th Annual 2002 AGC of Tennessee Construction Safety Excellence Award (CSEA) in the Under 100,000 Work Hours Building Division. The program has been an ongoing and evolving effort by the AGC of America to recognize companies who have developed and implemented excellent safety and loss prevention programs achieved through commitment, training, participation, and innovation. The AGC's CSEA program encourages members to excel at meeting and exceeding the safety standards for the construction industry. Candidates for this award had to meet stringent pre-qualification requirements to participate, and are independently judged on their corporate commitment to safety; overall safety program elements; level of employee involvement, and the company's effectiveness in promoting safety to include uniqueness and creativity. All Rock City employees share in this recognition, and the achievement of another accident free year in 2002. As the winner of this award, Rock City is also in the running for the 2002 National AGC Safety Awards.
