certified by the Governor’s Office of Diversity Business Enterprise
(GODBE) as well as approved by the Office of Minority and Women Business
Assistance, Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County
(Metro BAO).

Program
We believe in the
potential and value of all individuals, regardless of race,
ethnicity, gender or any other differences. It is well proven that
diverse, heterogeneous teams promote creativity, innovation, and
project development and delivery; good construction quality depends
on a cohesive team working towards a common goal. These beliefs are
the basis for our commitment to providing an environment conducive
to diversity.

race, color, national origin, age, gender, religion, or handicap.
It is our policy to maximize contracting opportunities for all
disadvantaged businesses including Minority Business Enterprises (MBE),
Women Business Enterprises (WBE), Small Business Enterprises (SBE),
Veteran Business Enterprises (VBE) and all other disadvantaged
business enterprises (DBE). We manage our Diversity Business
Outreach Program in compliance with local agencies and it is our
goal to exceed the standards of local government DBE programs when
possible. However, we believe the management of diversity is about
good business, not just meeting governmental mandates.
As a genuine small
business, we understand the importance and value of disadvantaged
business participation in the community. As a well-aged general
contractor, we have built our reputation upon small business ethics;
hard work, honesty, and integrity. For these reasons, the RCC team
continually works to maximize disadvantaged business participation
in all project endeavors. We have established solid relationships
with our disadvantaged business counterparts and have had the
opportunity to complete many successful projects with these
